WHAT IS CLEAN EATING?

Congratulations on wanting to learn more about clean eating and getting healthier! Making that decision is a great first step. So, what the heck is Clean Eating?! I'm sure you've heard that phrase before, or maybe you already have an idea of what clean eating is but you want to know what I consider clean eating.

Eating clean emphasizes the consumption of minimally processed foods, while limiting the intake of ultra processed and refined foods.

Eating clean is a lifestyle, not a diet. This is a lifestyle where you eat real, whole foods. Real food exists in nature. Real food rots. Real food is free of harmful chemicals, food colors, and dyes.

Now that you know what Clean Eating is, let's figure out if it's something for you. Maybe you already eat "pretty healthy." Or maybe you love fast food and you don't see why you should give it up. Well, I'm not saying you should, but take a look at this list and see if you struggle with any of these symptoms. I did! I had 18 of these before I started my clean eating journey!

Did you know your BODY is like a BATHTUB?

The faucet is on and is bringing toxins into your body. These toxins are from your food, your personal care products and your environment. If the drain is clogged (from years of stress or lack of sleep or unhealthy food), the tub will gradually fill up and spill over the sides. This is when you start to notice a muffin top or you end up with high cholesterol or any of the above symptoms. You could treat these symptoms with prescription medications (and we often do! sometimes they are life saving at the time we need them) OR you could look at what you're eating and see if there's a better way.

What I do in my program is turn down the faucet by helping you take in less toxins, while also supporting your detoxifying organs (your skin, your kidneys, your liver, your lungs, and your GI tract), so that we can unclog the drain and help everything flow smoothly again.

 

And the good thing is you don't have to do it alone! You will learn what foods are sabotaging your health, you will reprogram your body to efficiently remove toxins, you will reset your metabolism and you will reduce food cravings and renew your skin ... and you will do it with daily support, a private Facebook Support Group, accountability, encouragement, education, weekly meal plans, shopping lists and so much more!

  • This is NOT a fad diet or a rapid weight loss program.
  • There are NO "points" or counting calories, fat grams, etc.
  • You will finish this with a plan for maintaining this lifestyle after the program ends.

Here's my story!

For most of my young adult life I had been suffering from insomnia, depression, anxiety and worsening and worsening fatigue and joint pain.

In 2015 it all came to a crashing halt.

I found myself coming home from work everyday exhausted to the point where I would lie on my floor, sobbing, wondering if I would ever feel normal. I didn't see how I could continue working like this! 

I decided to try a 28 Day Clean Eating Program that I had been hearing about from a friend. Because I had been in the fitness industry for years I honestly didn't expect much - I had tried almost every diet out there and had done cleanses before so I could evaluate them for my clients.

However, those 28 Days changed my life. On Day 10, I woke up with more energy than I had EVER had in the last 10 years and during the remainder of the program I began sleeping better, my joint pain decreased and I lost almost 10 lbs. I realized there was something special and different about this program and I began sharing it with my friends and family and haven't looked back since.

My favorite thing about this program, outside of the amazing results, is how accessible and easy it is. I have never once had someone complete the 28 Days and regret it!
